The National Leadership Conference is the National Society of Black Engineer's premier training program. The program trains in such areas as budgeting, effective communications and leadership skills. The NSBE organization is one of the largest student-governed organizations in the world. NSBE's Board of Directors is composed of students in colleges and universities around the country who are majoring in engineering.
