CGA jazz band performs at local Custom House

NEW LONDON, Conn. - Members of the Coast Guard Academy jazz band, the Nitecaps, perform during the New London Custom House's Founders Day Tea March 28, 2010.

Rear Adm. J. Scott Burhoe, the superinendent of the Academy, was the guest speaker at the event which was held at the U.S. Custom House Maritime Museum in downtown New London.

The band played several selections during the two-hour event that is part of the year long centennial celebration of the Academy being located in New London.
